What are your actual goals? Let us help you define what you’re actually looking for instead of us just telling you how to get fit. Our customized programs align with your goals and help you achieve them.
What are your restrictions? If you have an injury, mobility or flexibility issue, imbalance or weakness, we aim to correct those issues so you are less restricted. You can’t train a muscle that isn’t working.
Do you want to be in the gym all the time? If yes, that is a social and mental health activity, and we’re all for it. But, the honest truth is you don’t need to be. If you work smarter and harder, you can cut 4 hours a week down to 45min. That lets you enjoy your life more, even if that means going to the gym. We all need to move, but its less complicated then it seems.

Cardio doesn’t equal weight loss - It actually raises cortisol levels which will increase stress levels making the body hold on to more fat. It has other benefits but not the focus for losing weight.
Variable Resistance training - The key to triggering protein synthesis and muscle gain is progressive overload. That protein synthesis boost also helps us burn fat by achieving a higher resting metabolic rate, far superior to cardio.
The workout you will do is the best workout - The best workout truly is the one we actually do, but a lot of them are a waste of time. Once you learn the best methods for your goals you’ll see and feel the results faster.
Make it take less time…
When the system is working correctly, and the program is designed correctly, you actually don’t need to work out as much. That doesn’t mean you can’t, just that you wont have to. Postural Assessments

A Postural Assessment helps find imbalances, weak muscle groups, and other problem areas to address. It also includes recommended action for correction and helps get you living and moving more comfortably.
What’s included:
1 Hour in person assessment - We take pictures, assess standing and movement positions, and provide feedback including recommended actions for correction. Including providing you videos on your own device of how to do the exercises correctly for reference.
Full written report - A written report includes all findings and recommendations from the assessment. As well as notations on the postural pictures to provide deeper analysis and reference for the follow up.
30min follow up appointment - A 6 week follow up is included in the package to document your progress. We retake pictures for reference, discuss changes and work you may still want to do, then provide a standard comparison report for reference. (Another full report with deeper analysis and recommendations is available for $35 to those interested)
